IMPORTANT DISCLOSURES
Nue Trend Countertops Inc.

By signing the estimate, clicking "Accept," or remitting a deposit, the Customer agrees to the following terms:Warranty: Nue Trend Countertops Inc. provides a standard two-year limited warranty covering installation, tearout, plumbing services, and countertop workmanship. The warranty excludes damages or changes not directly related to Nue Trend’s services or products, including shifting substrates not provided by Nue Trend, excessive or abnormal water exposure to laminate countertops and edging, or incidental damages. Nue Trend follows standard industry practices for sealing and protecting laminate countertops but is not responsible for shifts in the substrate that result in the opening of seams or damages caused by shifts in floors, walls, cabinets, or other connected materials. Shop and field seams may be visible/detectable by touch, and countertops, regardless of the material, may not always be perfectly level. Nue Trend reserves final discretion as to what qualifies as a valid warranty claim. The customer is responsible for making a claim in a clear and timely manner.

‍Measurements and Variations: If a quote is based on Customer-supplied measurements and field measurements reveal the need for additional materials or labor, the Customer is responsible for any resulting increases in price. If Nue Trend fabricates products based on dimensions or drawings provided by the Customer and those dimensions or labels are incorrect, the Customer is responsible for the cost of remaking or altering the products. Nue Trend is not responsible for slight variances in design patterns in laminate, solid surface, granite, or quartz. Colors and designs may slightly vary from Nue Trend’s samples or sheets, Manufacturer’s samples and pictures online. 

‍Job Site Preparation: It is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure a reasonably clear path to the project site and to clear cabinets, walls, and existing countertops of all obstacles. The substrate for countertop installation must be reasonably well-installed and suitable for Nue Trend’s services to be rendered. If additional labor is required to make the job site suitable for delivery, tearout, installation, or plumbing services, additional service charges may apply. If the job site is not ready for measurements, installation, tearout, or plumbing services at the scheduled time when the crew arrives, delays may result in a trip charge or delay charge.

‍Deposits and Storage: A 50% deposit is required before ordering materials unless otherwise agreed upon. Deposits may be retained if the Customer cancels or indefinitely delays the job after accepting an estimate. The deposit for delayed orders will remain applicable to the specific job for up to one (1) year. Changes to an order after acceptance or material procurement will incur additional charges, including the cost of new materials if required. If countertops remain in storage at Nue Trend’s facility for more than 45 days after completion due to the Customer being unavailable or unprepared for delivery, installation, or pickup, the Customer will be charged $25 per day in storage fees.
